 OAK BLUFFS PUBLIC FACILITIES ASSESSMENT AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN  

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Contract No. OB2023-04

The Town of Oak Bluffs invites proposals from qualified Architectural and/or Engineering firms to conduct a Public Facilities Assessment and provide an Assessment Report and Capital Improvement Plan of key municipal buildings including the Police Station, Fire Station, Library, COA, Town Hall, Elementary School, Highway Buildings, Shellfish, Marina, Wastewater and Parks Offices.

 Proposal deadline is 2:00 PM on Tuesday June 27, 2023. 

 All proposals must be sealed & be CLEARLY marked: 

 OAK BLUFFS PUBLIC FACILITIES ASSESSMENT AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN.

 Each proposal must be accompanied by a price proposal that shall be submitted in a separately sealed envelope within the proposal package and clearly marked with the Firm’s name and “Engineering Services Price Proposal” on the outside. 

 The right is reserved by the Town of Oak Bluffs to waive minor technicalities and reject or accept any or all proposals if it is in the public interest to do so.
