Contract No. 16111.4

 The Town of Oak Bluffs invites bids for renovation project at the Oak Bluffs Elementary School, of two interior offices.

Bid documents will be available 1/26/2023. Licensed and insured contractors can obtain bid documents electronically by contacting Karina Nurumova at David Sisson Architecture at

 Bids must be submitted by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.

 Awarded contractor must pay prevailing wage rates as set by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development. The lowest responsible and eligible company will be required to furnish certification of labor harmony and that all employees to be employed at the worksite will have successfully completed a course in construction safety and health approved by OSHA for a minimum of 10 hours.

 The right is reserved by the Town of Oak Bluffs to reject or accept any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
