 The Town of Oak Bluffs invites bids for construction of a new playground at the Oak Bluffs Elementary School.

 Bid documents will be available 11/16/2022. Licensed and insured contractors can obtain bid documents electronically at www.projectdog.com

 Bids must be submitted by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.

 An optional Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at 11:00 am, interested contractors should meet at the Oak Bluffs Elementary School, 50 Tradewinds Rd, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557.

 Awarded contractor must be DCAMM Certified, pay prevailing wage rates as set by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development. The lowest responsible and eligible company will be required to furnish certification of labor harmony and that all employees to be employed at the worksite will have successfully completed a course in construction safety and health approved by OSHA for a minimum of 10 hours.

 The right is reserved by the Town of Oak Bluffs to reject or accept any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
